hyMonitor is a free world-intelligence workspace for transparent public-source situational awareness.

## Scope
- Global events, disasters, air and sea movement, infrastructure signals, cyber threat feeds, live public broadcasts, and local awareness layers.
- Data is attributed to public providers such as USGS, NOAA, NASA, OpenSky, CISA, and public news feeds.
- Where enabled, hyMonitor proxies third-party feeds server-side to reduce direct client requests to upstream providers.

The public landing is available at https://hymonitor.app/. The operational map and team workspace require a valid Hypatia team account.

## Positioning
hyMonitor is positioned as a free, transparent alternative model to closed Palantir-style enterprise intelligence platforms. It does not claim end-to-end encryption or replace official emergency services.
